Nicky provided high quality transcription services to me in a timely fashion, with a personalised and personable approach. I was under time pressure and also on a tight budget; but as an academic researcher, I didn't want to pay for sub-par transcription from a company overseas where the risk of getting poor transcription is higher. Even though the topic of my interviews was somewhat technical, Nicky did a great job and got most of the technical terms right without me having to provide her with an explanation. This is a big bonus of using a small transcription service where the transcriptionist speaks English as a first language. I will definitely be using Nicky's services again in future.

I've used NIcky twice now to transcribe family archive material. The first was a set of documents that required a fair amount of care when unpicking the original text - which I wanted - from later amendments and annotations. The second was a lengthy audio of an interview conducted by the Imperial War Museum. Dealing with Nicky has been very quick and easy and the results for both pieces were excellent and just what I wanted. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her.
