        Really helpful staff who were able to source for me a specific headset that i had been unable to find anywhere (an additional one to supplement the same model headset i bought a couple of years ago). They were also good at keeping me updated with its progress and eventual delivery. The delivery was on the day promised. It arrived well packed and was exactly what i wanted (but at a much higher price than i paid two years ago: that's progress for you)
