Got a recall letter for the brake pump replacement then a date to bring the car in "for the work to be done" and they needed it all day from 9:30 am. Set off on the day for the 12 mile trip in 2 cars so my partner could bring me back home and run me back to the garage. Got there and was asked to wait till a couple of minutes. A mechanic came out and together with the reception guy lifted the bonnet, looked down for 20 seconds, came back in, and the guy cheerfully told me that it did indeed need a replacement and they'd contact me when the part arrives and fix a date to install it. I said that's what I as told I was here for today. Wasted trip for me and my partner. Could have surely got the info from the VIN. Won't be using them again.

Called multiple times but nobody ever got back to me as Hendy Suzuki is 35 mins from work. I thought they might be helpful but I was mistaken.

I have now used Hendy Suzuki Tunbridge Wells six times for annual servicing. Despite their website indicating that you can expect a wash and vac on the return of your car, I have only received this service once over the years. When collecting my car on the latest service, I again received the usual lame excuse for the non performance of this service from the customer adviser. I was, however, very pleasantly surprised a day later to be contacted by a service manager, acknowledging that their service had fallen short and offering to make amends by collecting my car and returning it after completing a full valet. He advised he would be back in touch once he had made arrangements with the valet department. It's now been over two months and I am still waiting!! Not only have website commitments failed to be met, it would appear that neither have the verbal ones to, supposedly, make amends. Not exactly great customer service.

I have a Suzuki Alto which l bought new in 2014, a fortnight ago my Brakes Failed without warning, Guess What l can't get a Main Brake Cylinder plus Servo anywhere it looks as if my lovely car with 4 new tyres and a full tank of Petrol and with Low Mileage I am disgusted........ Don't buy a Suzuki!!!!!!! Because there is no help from Suzuki Services or Hendy at Tunbridge Wells and people that l have found in India are not making any parts again for my car So l have had to let her go to be scrapped for 600 at a loss of 3000.00
