        We have used Daniel to prepare a party wall agreement and as a result of our work with him we can highly recommend him based on his politeness, his efficiency and his thoroughness. He advised on an extra things that we had thought were not possible so we will have a better extension as a result. Throughout he has been brilliant, responsive to communications and understanding to my many stupid questions! He was recommended to us, and I can now see why and likewise I would happily recommend him to anyone.

        Can not rate Daniel any higher. Party wall agreement seemed to be a necessary evil, however on speaking to Daniel he gave initial fantastic advice and a fair quote for the work. On approving him to go ahead he kept us informed and worked very quickly, he made what could have been a relatively painful (and costly) experience into a very easy one and bang on his quote.
