We have been using Resident ever since we started our business and cannot fault the technology at all. It is a simple system to navigate and the support team are superb when required, it certainly makes our lives easier as block managers!

We have been using Resident for over a year now, so know it quite well. After spending over 35 years in property and in particular block management, I have to say, quite simply, it is the best system I have ever used. Big supporter of the team who are attentive to requests for help and support. Can not recommend enough. if you are searching for block management software, then your search should end here.

Much more complicated than it should be, support did not answer for weeks. We were asked to pay extra for help, after we paid the matter was not resolved until after our subscription ran out. All our data lost and now being held to randsome for renewal to acess our information
