BEWARE, WE TOOK IN A HEALTHY CAR: NOW UNDRIVEABLE!!!!! We took in a perfectly good car for a full Skoda service and a new windscreen wiper motor. It had never given us any problems at all. Caffyns had the car for much longer than they initially said but gave a courtesy car. On retrieving the car, there are now fault lights flashing and the brakes don't work. The female receptionist was very rude indeed and insisted that it was fine and refused to help unless we paid for a new loom.

Absolutely abysmal - booked my car in for a service, MOT and asked for the brakes to be checked as they were binding. The MOT was done, but no service (even though the inspection light was lit on the dash) and the brakes weren't checked. The brakes are now bound on and the car is unsafe to drive. They mentioned after I enquired that the brakes were 85% worn, (info from the MOT) so why wasn't I advised? The lady in the service department was curt and blamed me for not looking at the invoice - really! This is a company car and needed almost every day and they cannot book the car back in until after the 13th April. You have let a client take a car that is dangerous and unfit to drive. Any suggestions Caffyns Tunbridge Wells? SHOCKING!

Shame! Last 15th April I paid and received an email confirming the reservation for vehicle KODA OCTAVIA ESTATE (2017) 1.0 TSI (115PS) SE, the price was 13,995 the car was available, I spoke with them and while discussing when to view it the salesman mentioned a different price from what was on the adv, I have been told the price must increase, the person wasn't nice to explain it, I find it quite rude, maybe arrogant or just unprofessional, and he ended the phone conversation just because I was disputing the adv price. After that, I notice they changed the cost from the Skoda website. Later on, I received a call that said the car needed a new turbo this is why they were looking for 1000 extra. They can not honour the price from the web page 13,995 even when a customer paid the reservation fee before they changed it to 14,995. Today 24th April I have to call them back for my reservation fee to be refunded it. Never again!

Efficient cheerful service as always from Caffyns Tunbridge Wells. My car was also left spotlessly clean - quite a job given the state of our roads over the winter.
