I have seen Olivia several times over the last few months for general stress relief and help with regulating my menstrual cycle. The treatments are always wonderful and leave me feeling relaxed and grounded. Olivia is very professional, and knowledgeable about relexology. She is also kind and intuative, and I immediately felt at ease talking to her. Treatments are held in a peaceful, and quiet setting overlooking her beautiful garden. I would highly recommend . I visited Olivia for two sessions of reflexology after some surgery on my feet a few months before. I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect since it was my first ever "foot treatment" but Olivia talked me through what she was going to do, and answered any questions I had as we went along. The treatment itself was wonderful, both relaxing and very interesting to be able to feel which areas of my body needed attention, but through my feet! The treatment space is also very calming with a view out onto the garden. I know that reflexology is used to alleviate specific health concerns but even if you don't fall into this category, I can recommend this treatment just for a lovely relaxing "wellness treat"!

I started seeing Olivia for reflexology just before my first chemo session for breast cancer and have been regularly throughout all of my treatment. I can wholeheartedly say that she is amazing at what she does and has really helped me get through it all! Its hard to explain but the sessions send me into a deep state of relaxation and I feel an energy/warmth in different parts of my body and see colours during the treatment. Olivia is wonderfully calm, kind and knowledgeable and makes sure that each session is tailored to what I need at that moment. She takes the time, before starting, to listen to me ramble on and offload anything that Im holding on to. The service she offers has exceeded all my expectations and I look forward to enjoying many more sessions!
