Saffron QA has been fantastic in finding me a new role. They have been incredibly helpful, kind, honest and informative throughout the whole process. I felt calm going into interviews as Ben Le Tissier who I was working with explained the process thoroughly, which gave me the assurance I needed. I have confidence if you do have the privilege of working with Ben that you will be a happy client. I definitely would recommend Saffron QA for anyone looking for a Software Testing position.

I've had the pleasure of working with Ben in the capacity of me hiring test engineers with Saffron QA being the agency, but also some time later with Ben helping me when I was looking to change role. Whether dealing with hiring managers or candidates, Ben has been exemplary, and I don't say that lightly. Personable, diligent and incredibly helpful. Ben took the time to look at my skills and recommend me for the perfect role, which I managed to get. Without his help I would not be in the good situation I am now of making the next step up in my career. Ben explained the whole interview process to me very well, put me at ease for my interview and helped tremendously when I had to go through security clearance. I would 100% recommend him to any Testers looking to move on and up in their career.

Ben helped me find my latest role. Unlike some Recruitment Agents I've dealt with, Ben has been with me every step of the way and communication was great. He ensured I got the best contract and followed up queries diligently. His help during the on-boarding process was especially appreciated. During my first weeks Ben was always there to help with those important details around timesheets and expenses and the other pieces of logistics and paperwork that always crop up when starting at a new Company. I felt I was in safe hands.
