Where do I start, my partner and I went here yesterday evening for a meal, it was an absolute joke!! Chaotic to say the least. We were told we couldn't have a meal as we had to book a table, when we tried we were told we couldn't have a meal as they were not doing food as they were short staffed. People were leaving due to a member of staff (Bev Simmons) being very rude to customers. I said I was going to make a complaint and she said "bothered, not bothered" this is not the way to treat customers. Disgusting behaviour, she should not be working there. The young man behind the bar was very professional. We will not be returning and I will be taking this further!!
