        APPALLING COMPANY AVOID! Very unprofessional company. Its staff snd its director Daniel Burkinshaw, are in my view incapable of arranging and managing properties. There recent management of roofing repairs to our flat has resulted in damage to our property that was caused directly by their mismanagement of their subcontractor. If you have any dealings with this company (which I would seriously advise against) make sure you are clear who is doing what and who has clear liability.

        After a couple of years with this firm, Directors and members of our Company have been driven to despair and have sacked BBM. Despite the bravado and endless talk on first meeting, the firm offers very poor support in any and all areas. My advice would be to avoid the aggravation and DO NOT let them manage your properties.

        They are absolutely atrocious management company, who are just stealing your funds and doing no work. They have been fixing our front entrance gate for the last year without success.
