        Ive used the post office a lot in the last week or so. While the TW High Street branch cant even take parcels. This branch has and been fine. However, one minor issue stating its open until 9pm is actually wrong as apparently the computer system shuts down at 8:45pm. So waisted a trip. They know and have told the Post Office but nothing has changed.

        Awful. Staff are unable to use the Post Office properly and they lose parcels. Constantly closing the PO whenever they feel like it and blaming "system failure".
