Called up today for a gas cooker installation took payment told they would be with me today between 3 and 5 I was waiting ring up to find out whats going on if the engineer coming been told that he has over run his last job made me wait told he could come tomorrow bad service I would avoid this place if you dont want to be disappointed

I would like to pass on my thanks on behalf of my parents for treating the work as a priority due to my parents age, they are both in their 90s, and the impending cold weather, which as we know actually became a reality. Prior to the work commencing we had a debate amongst the family to explore if it was a good idea to temporarily move my parents out of the house during the work or to leave them in situ and let the work continue around them, with all the disruption this would entail. The lesser of the evils was to keep them in their own home. My parents wished to pass on their gratitude to Mark, Harvey and Brett for their polite and respectful conduct throughout the many days of work. I would also personally like to thank Mark as the lead engineer in organising and prioritising the day to day work and I know the freezing temperatures add in some additional challenges to resolve, which Mark and Harvey overcame with good humour and professionalism.
