The Mat teacher training course with Sandrine was, as cheesy as it may seem, life changing! As someone who regards themselves as quite well informed and researched in the field of fitness, I have never felt more inspired and engaged. Sandrine's confident and knowledgable approach motivated me to understand the concepts behind Pilates' method and when I put it into practise I could feel my body changing for the better. Even taking the course just as a benefit for myself and my own body and wellbeing has been a huge takeaway. Following on, I just couldn't keep this to myself afterwards and Sandrine helped me become the teacher that I am now. Thank you!
