Terrible customer service. Staff are rude, pretentious and complete jobsworths, with the most negative disposition you could imagine. The pharmacist herself yelled at me, clearly has a chip on her shoulder, and was being very sarcastic and antagonising. Felt like they purposely attempted to goad me in to a confrontation. Very inappropriate and unprofessional behaviours and attitudes exhibited by the staff, no doubt. They claimed my prescription from Tunbridge Wells hospital was illegal and threatened to report me for fraud if I didn't accept their nonsense perception and leave. Was a very upsetting and infuriating experience. I used to think Sainsbury's and Boots were the worst two pharmacies in town, but they never treated me like this; so I would definitely say that Carr's Corner is the worst place to go when you need a pharmacy, and should therefore be markedly avoided at all cost. Staff are unhelpful, impolite, and will do nothing to improve your poor health, and will more likely have you leaving feeling much worse than you did when you entered. Not ideal considering the people who go there need some care and compassion, as they are likely unwell or helping someone that is unwell. This isn't the first poor experience I've had at this particular pharmacy, but it's certainly the worst I've ever had in any pharmacy! I for one, will certainly never be returning. My issue was finally sorted by Paydens in Tunbridge Wells, and I would highly recommend them. Very caring and helpful. The staff in A E Hobbs are great too if you want another good alternative.

Beware, the pharmacist here likes to verbally abuse people for no reason. Apparently I parked in her parking space in the local public car park and was thusly shouted at for 5 minutes, I quickly moved my car but instead of thanking me for giving up a space (which has absolutely no reservation system) she just shouted at me more... I guess some people are just angry inside... I hope you get the help you need lady...
