When I first started working with Susan, I was rather despondent from my previous attempts to get fit. I had tried the gym, tennis and also running but seemed to end up in a cycle of injuries that put me back to square one. Susan's sessions are always the right side of challenging, so I feel pushed but safe and her attention to ensuring I complete each exercise correctly has finally meant I have exceeded my fitness goals without injury. No two sessions are the same, so the variety keeps me motivated - that and the fact that through Susan's programme, I have changed my shape - dropping two dress sizes - whilst smiling and laughing through (most) sessions!

We needed to improve agility and core strength and Susan designed a weekly regime that has led to a noticeable and continuous improvement for both of us. She skilfully constructs the sessions so that they push us just enough and above all they are fun. I do not attend a gym and for me this more effective and enjoyable. My wife does attend a gym but she finds it an invaluable addition. I would recommend to anyone to give it a try.

I have had Sue as my personal trainer now for nearly 4 years. It started when my children were younger and I needed to get back to being fit, healthy and dedicating some time for me. My husband bought me 10 sessions with Sue as a Christmas present (at my request!). After just 6 months later, I was 8 kilograms lighter and feeling fitter than I had done in years. The 10 sessions turned in 20 and then I realised it was the one thing I was not willing to give up so here I am nearly 4 years down the line. Every session is different so I never get bored (Sue dedicates many hours developing fitness programmes unique to each individual) and even if I miss a couple of weeks I know my underlying fitness is still there so I can get straight back into it. Sue as my personal trainer is worth every single penny and shes a lovely lady to top it off.

I am a busy working mum and came to Susan Gill via recommendation feeling run down and unfit. I had a back condition which made going to the gym nerve racking, not knowing what would help or hinder it. Susan is inspiring and so knowledgable, within a month I was energised and my back felt so much better. I have achieved so many of my goals and what's more saved money on Gym membership by seeing Susan and getting amazing short workouts I can actually do at home.This is an investment worth making, you will be thrilled with Susans' results if you follow her expert advice!
