Katharine tailored the sessions to what I wanted and needed, always pushing me to the right level. Shes given me confidence and strengthened my core massively, to help eliminate my sore back from a year of sedentary home working. Would really recommend her!

Katharine and Damian are fantastic trainers, every session is different which keeps the mind and body guessing and makes you stronger in every way! The small group, private environment means you get the attention you deserve and exercises are adapted for every level. I would recommend KC Fitness sessions to anyone, no matter what their level of fitness - I am fitter, stronger and happier as a result!

KC fitness has been amazing in giving me confidence to exercise again. Having been on bed rest during a difficult pregnancy I was both physically and mentally unprepared for exercise but desperately in need of it. KC fitness has been wonderful at providing a tailored service in a group environment that has allowed me to start feeling like myself again, as well as feeling healthy.

Katharine is a brilliant trainer. Every week is different and all the exercises are different. She tailors each session to the abilities of the clients in the class and knows exactly when to give you that little extra push. Ive completed two terms now and the difference to my fitness has been brilliant. I play netball once a week and feel so much fitter on the court. I feel stronger and more toned than Ive ever done.

Katharines group sessions on a Tuesday are great. The sessions are adaptable to every ability, no one is left behind and you will never worry about not being good enough. Katharine is friendly, fun and motivating. She will push each individual to the best of their ability and have words of encouragement throughout. The time flies by and I always come away looking forward to the next session. I would highly recommend Katharine to everyone!
