Its always a great start to a gym session when your PT is full of life and energy encouraging you with the enthusiasm you may be lacking. Brandon seems to know how to push you hard without breaking you, he has some unique training methods that is good fun and enables you to push beyond boundaries that were there before. Having trained with Brandon for six to eight weeks Im seeing plenty of positive results, in and out of the gym, Im looking forward to see where this journey with Brandon goes.
