I have also gained better blood glucose control of my insulin dependant diabetes with a new HbA1c personal record of 5.5% which is in the non-diabetic range. I am taking less insulin now to stay in the healthy range thanks to Rob's guidance.

As well as the workouts Rob tracked my food intake regularly which helped me learn what I should/shouldn't eat and stay on track and acted as a good deterrent when tempted by 'bad' foods!
