I started using the education hub in September 2022. The platform is amazing and so informative. The use of recordings and pictures with clear explanations has given me excellent value for money. The fact I can re-watch it as often as I like and learn at my own pace is perfect for me. Highly recommend checking this out.

Luke is a different breed of trainer - he really cares about his clients and has genuinely changed my life. He has a real hunger for self development, and his understanding of training, mechanics and psychology make him brilliant to work with. We have worked together for 5 years, its been a lot of fun. When we started Id fallen out of love with training and was out of shape. Im now 35 years old, almost 20kg lighter, lifting heavier than I ever have, and have the tools to maintain things for the long term. Thank you!

I started to look for a coach at the beginning of this year. I wanted to get in the best shape of my life before I turn 35 years old and to do a photoshoot. I never did much weight training before and most of my life I did cardio only. Luke is very knowledgeable in anatomy and biomechanics and that's what attracted me to choose him. I wanted to get fit, but I also wanted to learn as much as possible while getting fit and Luke is amazing 2 in 1! As a PT myself, I came across to many different clients with so many issues that having a coach with much more experience than me was exactly what I needed. I learn something new in every session we do together which I found of incredible value. The last 16 weeks were the most educational, emotional, challenging but absolutely incredible weeks of my life! I made the best decision by choosing Luke as my coach to guide me through my photoshoot prep. I felt very comfortable talking to him about anything and everything. As a woman I thought some things would be uncomfortable to talk to him about, but he made me feel at ease and always had answers to help me. He was on the other end of the phone when I had a question and always made time for me. There were ups and downs and he always encouraged me to keep going. Some days you just need that guardian angel to tell you that you can do it because you are not a quitter! We are a great team and what we achieved together is amazing and I cannot explain how grateful I am for having him by my side. On the photoshoot day he had all the cues to show off my physique in the best possible way and lighting. He made me laugh when I didn't know what to do with myself and guided me to look my absolute best on the day. Well, the dieting phase is over and next is the building phase and I am very excited to see what we can achieve next! LFG!!!

I have been training with Luke twice a week for a year now and I can say my journey has been life changing. Coming to Luke with a lower back injury, being overweight and lacking in confidence I felt extremely nervous stepping into a gym and undertaking any type of exercise. Luke has helped me strengthen my back, lose weight and I have so much confidence in myself now it's unbelievable. Not only these things but I have also learnt more about nutrition, the human body and lifestyle management which have helped me greatly in my training and still does today. Luke is a fantastic personal trainer with a wealth of experience and knowledge. He is attentive, focussed and truly passionate about his training and his dedication to his clients is outstanding. I would highly recommend Luke. Thank you Luke, you're awesome!

I knew from the moment I qualified as a personal trainer that I needed to enhance my knowledge. Every personal trainer is eventually going to get a client that has a problem that they need to overcome & believe it or not the answer is not always lets just move onto the next exercise. I was referred to Luke by someone I trust & he mentioned his mentoring scheme may be able to help. The biggest compliment I can give Luke is that he showed patients. For those who have just qualified & are nervous about getting a mentor as it may expose gaps in their knowledge I encourage you to think again. I started with very basic knowledge in certain areas and now a year on we can really explore & have a in depth two way conversation. A year ago I would not believe I would have the knowledge I have now & that is thanks to Luke. I consider Luke a friend as well as a mentor & a coach. Just remember for anyone who is apprehensive about seeking a mentor: Its not about where you are now, its about where you can be in a years time.
