    Helen is not only an incredible personal trainer, super knowledgeable nutritional & running coach but truly is such an amazing person!! She takes on your personal goals as her goals and continues to encourage & support you to reach them and go further! I've not only lost weight, got leaner & fitter, but Helen has helped me gain more confidence! She mixes up the workouts, we use different weights and equipment, no two sessions are the same! She even makes sure the music is to my liking! Highly recommend Helen's PT Sessions, you won't regret it! 5*

    I started doing Helens Bidborough twice-weekly outdoor circuit training sessions after a long period of inactivity, low energy (and a hip replacement). Its been great to feel myself getting stronger, fitter and doing stuff I couldnt do before. The setting is perfect - a big beautiful breezy garden, where you get the benefits of natural sunlight and training outdoors (with water, a loo and something healthy to nibble afterwards). Helen is the perfect combination of motivating and supportive, is obviously passionate about her subject and knows her technique (shes also a running expert if thats your thing). I enjoy the variety - she mixes up the exercises (eg some HIIT, stuff on a Swiss ball, resistance bands etc) and the structure of the circuit. I also like the focus on weights - there are different weight options available - and Helen will give different versions of exercises from easyish to advanced, and low impact options for those like me with knee/hip issues. There is also plenty of core work and pre and post stretching. Its a friendly group, with people at different levels, Helen is gentle and fun - if you want to do something positive for your body and health, try out a session.
