I am really enjoying Kathryn's Mumma Rebuild sessions - a relaxed and friendly class which is perfect for exercising as a new mum and bringing your baby along and is always a great start to our week. The circuit format keeps it varied and interesting and Kathryn is really great at guiding and correcting on these. I am learning lots about how my body has changed since pregnancy and the best exercises to do post partum. Would highly recommend these classes!

I highly recommend Kathryn's Mumma Rebuild classes. You can feel comfortable bringing your baby and whatever stage your body is at, get back into fitness post birth. Kathryn is great at coming round and checking in during the class, or giving feedback/correcting your positioning during exercises. I enjoy having some time in my week to focus on my recovery and wellbeing and it's made possible because I can bring my baby along

Ive been attending Kathryns mumma rebuild classes for the past couple of months and highly recommend them. Its fantastic to find a fitness class you can bring your little one to and Kathryn is so good at coming round and helping you understand how to do each move correctly. The classes are a great workout and the circuits set up allows me to try lots of different movements, my little one happily watches me.

Highly recommend the Mumma Rebuild classes - its a friendly atmosphere and Kathryn gives one-to-one feedback to correct your form during all the exercises. A great way to get back into fitness after having a baby!!

Would really recommend Kathryns class for new mums. Its relaxed and a good way to get back into fitness and you can take baby. Kathryn is very friendly and helpful in correcting technique and making suggestions for stretches - weve enjoyed the classes.
