Scott was recommended to me when I decided to do my very first triathlon, an Ironman 70.3 event. Having never done long distance swimming, cycling or running- I had a LOT of work to do!! From the beginning, I felt I was in great hands with Scott. He regularly competes in 70.3 Ironman events, so that was very reassuring. He safely eased me into the world of endurance sport, by the end I built up my fitness levels to a level I had never reached before. I had weekly in-person training sessions alongside a bespoke training plan for all 3 discplines. The plans were exceptional, and every much as valuable as the PT sessions for me. Scott was able to give me a great combination of physical preparation and practical Triathlon/endurance advice (nutrition, race strategy etc) to ensure I felt ready to cross the start line. And more importantly- the confidence to make it to the finish line! From the first session with him, it was clear he had a deep knowledge of research-based S&C best practices that he wove into his personal training. The progression in our work over 5-6 months was unreal. If you are taking on a new challenge in the world of endurance OR a triathlon, you should definitely speak to Scott.

Excellent PT!!! I went to Scott with a slight shoulder muscle injury and in search of a general exercise routine that would help me build muscle mass. After an initial, free consultation Scott taught me my new weekly routine over four sessions whilst helping to improve mobility in my shoulder. The sessions were great because they were designed specifically for me and so that I could repeat them using my equipment at home. Scott really knows his stuff and after several sessions all pain in my shoulder had gone! I now see Scott once a week to help monitor my progress and make tweaks to routines. Sessions are great fun, in a relaxed environment, and Scott is always happy to have a chat and answer any questions regarding areas such as diet. I would therefore highly recommend Scott Richardson PT to anyone, especially other young people who want help achieving their fitness goals but don't fancy going to a busy gym.

Scott has been my PT for quite some time and helped me recover from a shoulder injury. Hes presently guiding me through a training program tailored to running. Scott is very knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone interested in improving their fitness.

Scott has been my personal trainer since 2012. He has a high level of expertise of the human anatomy and physiology, continually researching the subject matter in order that he can tailor his fitness programs to the individual's needs. Scott explains the reasons for giving you specific movements to do in order that you can make sense of how it will help or benefit you. Scott is motivating, encouraging and reliable.
