        I was sold a large tin of paint. Johnstones Paints did not fit lid clips. The tin fell over in the back seat of my car and ruined my carpet. It could not be fully removed. Johnstones Paints would not take any action, showed no sympathy whatsoever and displayed disdain. Johnstones Paints rejected that clips are cheap and easy for them to fit. More recently all paint is sold with clips, so I guess it is a wider problem. If I could give zero I would.
