        A lovely shopping experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was in a hurry, but their service was efficient and speedy. The sale gave me a 20 per cent saving. Can highly recommend for high quality of walking boots and socks too.

        Reasonably well stocked store, although I did not find the perfect size hiking boots. I had to buy a pair of Salomon boots that I wasnt able to compare with a bigger size in store. Now I need to resort to ordering online and returning the less comfortable pair. So, a bit of an inconvenience. The guy who helped me choose and try the boots was very friendly and accommodating. A real asset to the Tunbridge Wells store. The store itself is conveniently located in Central Tunbridge Wells, close to everything else, including the station. I may shop there again but I will be checking availability online as well.
