Great customer service. Very thorough and comprehensive eye test and Ivan made the process of choosing and being relieved of 500 of my hard earned a friendly and enjoyable experience. So nice to be treated like a human being. Highly recommend the team at Tunbridge Wells

Vertical Motion
After a long wait for an eye test, we had a really poor experience. The eye test was all over the place and didn't give me confidence in the prescription. The aftersales felt pushy as I didn't see the style of frames I was looking for. We went elsewhere and had a much better eye test and choice of glasses

I have been going here for years and have always received an outstanding service. I have closer opticians to where I live however the service here is so good - really lovely & professional staff - that I choose to make the effort to travel a little further.
