        Have to go there for collection of my parcel. For a second time. But that was failure of UPS, Nevertheless, very lovely lady at the counter, correctly and with extreme coutions have changed if that parcel definitely belongs to me. Is good to know someone cares about our deliveries. Very well done On other note. We'll stocked store covering most daily basics.

        Terrible customer service as shop acting as a UPS Dropoff Point. Shop owner picks and chooses what items they take and rudely told me "I don't take big boxes" although this was well within the limits of what they advertise online. No apology or explination just a very poor experience and a waste of my time to drive down there.

        Papers are not delivered at times, errors sometimes on bill. Person who delivers often wakes dog and me as can be noisy.
