Amazing team who are kind generous friendly patient caring and do an amazing job with nails. Always happy with my nails once I have been to see them . The staff make you laugh, offer tea and coffee, listen to what you want to have done. Even if its complicated designs, they take the time to listen and adapt to make it work for you. Just left Mai Nails. Very disappointed. Made a booking for 12:45pm as wanted to be sure if a spot. Arrived at 12:42pm and could see they were busy but wasn't too worried. Waited 20 minutes before asking if they could see me soon as I'd paid for my parking and didn't want that to run out. Eventually sat me in the chair and ran the hot water only to leave me again. After another 20 minutes I had to leave as I didn't want to have to extend my parking for something that wasn't my fault. Real let down as I'd heard good things. I'm over 8 months pregnant and was so looking forward to a nice treat as not sure when I will get back. They apologised but not really helpful when you've made the effort to drive somewhere, pay for parking and then are made to wait 40 minutes. Also they only take cash which is not made clear and I only happened to notice a small paper stuck on the wall so something to note as they don't tell you that when booking.
