Nails and Cocktails

The young lady I had was just rude. She didnt seem to really listen I asked for heart on the toe she didnt do it. When I asked to have the French tip thicker. She rolled eyes. She blamed me for getting my own flip flops wet ? When she then done my nails she didnt do my cuticles just gel and didnt listen to the design.

Great place. Complimentary cocktails/mocktails/hot drinks with your manicure. The host guy was very friendly and efficient and even gave us hand massages! Manicures lasted really well.

Very friendly place. Very good pedicure/manicure Unfortunately the timing need to be improved. If you are a walk in customer, then its ok to wait . I made an appointment, and after 45 minutes from my appointment I was still not seen. I find that disappointing, it happened every time I had an appointment. When I walked in prior to having appointments I was sent away as them being too busy. Its difficult to understand their timing. They should either do appointments only. Or walk in, then we decide whether to wait or not. However If we have an appointment, then they should on time. 10 minutes wait is ok, anything longer, its poor customer service. Sorry, I really like the place, but when I made an appointment, I needed to be seen that day, I had a flight to catch. I walked out without my nails done, for my holiday.
