The shop was completely empty when I visited on a Monday morning. 2 members of staff were busy chatting away near the till. Neither of them acknowledged me when I entered the shop and continued to ignore me for the next 5-10 mins whilst I browsed near them. Finally one of them asked me if I needed any help.....A simple smile and hello when a customer walks in the door goes a long way.

Like many others have commented this branch unfortunately has particularly rude staff. One lady in particular, has now been awful to us on at least four separate visits (I now actively avoid the store if I can see her behind the till) and I try to shop at the sevenoaks shop. Such a shame that management don't listen to feedback and address the comments. You are losing loyal customers!

Very rude staff, especially one staff member called Denise. Such a shame staff let this lovely clothes shop down. I will be shopping via website now to avoid the rude, unwelcoming staff.

Got my daughter her first little pair of shoes there today. Lady who helped us upstairs really took her time to find the right size and was very friendly. Very nice store and friendly staff. Thank you
