Laura Ashby has been incredible and such a support to me after I was given some very bad financial advice elsewhere. She's helped me at all hours to put together an action plan to get myself back on track and somehow managed to get me into an even better position than I was in before with some new policies. I have recently retired & Sarah Demmon, a pension advisor, was recommended to me by my cousin who has used this firm, & Sarah, herself previously. I had moved around & switched organisations during my career, thus had 5 pension pots to be considered, which varied in how they could / should be best utilised to obtain maximum benefits going forward. I had an initial consultation with Sarah during which she gave a brief overview of the plans themselves & how she would review such with the providers prior to making her recommendations. Sarah looked at all aspects of my current lifestyle, future requirements & also conducted a risk assessment to ascertain my appetite for risk, all of which she considered when finally suggesting a path forward. I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough. She is professional, knowledgeable & very friendly. Her suggestions were clearly explained to me & I was happy to proceed. I had two face to face meetings with Sarah & was kept in the loop at all times via email. She assisted with the completion of the necessary paperwork which was very helpful. In short, I would recommend AV Trinity & in particular Sarah. They offer ongoing support & are always availability to assist when needed.
