        I have been very remiss in never posting a review about TLC, but having used them for approaching 20 years to provide tenant introductions to the three flats owned by my relation and me, its safe to say that I recommend them unreservedly and will happily continue to use them. Simon, Clive & Amanda have been a delight to deal with in respect of our flats.

        After a disastrous first letting agency on relocation back to Tunbridge Wells I was extremely fortunate to happen upon The Letting Company. I have recently taken up tenancy through them of an amazing garden flat. They were extremely professional, efficient and could not do enough to help me during this Covid-19 pandemic. I am an NHS staff member and had 4 weeks to complete my move. Nothing was too much trouble and Simon & Clive were always at the end of the phone offering me help and guidance. I would highly recommend them as by far the best letting agency in Tunbridge Wells. Thankyou for making my move less stressful.
