Callum and the person who was in the branch to give training were both brilliant. I went in with my 4 year old and they made a really big effort to make her feel at ease and enjoy what could have been a very boring hour for her. She had a great time trying all the beds. They made such an effort to explain everything, welcome us, entertain my daughter, get an acceptable price and make my life easier by arranging to take my old bed and mattress away and put my new one up. That will make a big difference as I didnt fancy doing that on my own. It was a really lovely experience and one I would definitely recommend to others. If customer service was always like that, the world would be a happier place! Really looking forward to my new mattress.

Needed a new bed for my son that would help him sleep as he gets hot at night. Advice I was given by store member of staff was spot on and my teenage son now sleeps like a baby!
