My family sold our parents' home through Wood & Pilcher in Tunbridge Wells and we are so pleased we chose them as our agent. Right from the initial meeting with Angela we cannot fault their warmth, support and empathetic advice through what was often a difficult and emotional process saying farewell to our family home. The whole team was involved in the preparation of the excellent details, fabulous photographs, many viewings, helpful feedback and regular communications as to the progress of the sale. We would highly recommend this friendly, independent estate agency!

I have viewed multiple flats and houses over the years and Alfie was the first estate agent to come armed with information that was extremely useful and informative both about the property and the location. So far, other estate agents havent always known vital information such as, how old and where the boiler is, is the loft boarded, whether certain changes can be made etc. all questions that as a purchaser you want to know. It was obvious that he had taken the time to research the property, get all of the background information in advance from the freeholder, and was able to answer all of my questions on the day. Alfie was professional, friendly, well prepared and helpful throughout. It has been extremely refreshing to have an estate agent who is clearly very good at his job. Thank you!
