        Visited this store recently and the customer service we received from Paul was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about what we would need for our project and nothing was too much trouble. He arranged delivery for us (which was free) and advised us on the best products to use with our tiles. I would throughly recommend this store.

        Dont know whats happened to this once fabulous place, so helpful in the past. Went today a Saturday staff member on his own, my wife and three kids couldnt even get down most of the aisles because of obstructions,so couldnt really view any of the tiles in the showroom. Clearly personnel have changed since my Last visit some time ago. Two stars for the poor guy on his own today, he did his best!!

Outstanding customer service from Glen who went above and beyond to assist and find out details I enquired about the product I purchased, with immediate, positive feedback. Most definitely putting the customer first and the after sales service has been outstanding. Highly recommend and thank you Glen, once again, for the amazing service.
