We were incredibly impressed with the service we received from Bracketts for our level 3 survey. Nick Butler, who carried out the survey, was excellent from start to finish. The survey itself was extremely thorough and informative, and gave useful practical action points. Post survey, Nick was also very helpful & reassuring, with a follow up call to discuss his report and answering email queries.

We put our home on the market in June 2021. We had problems from the start. In February 2023 we changed agents to Bracketts, Tunbridge Wells. What a difference! They communicated with us all the way, we accepted an offer soon after remarketing, and have exchanged today! Thoroughly recommend.

Bracketts staff helped us get our rented flat and have helped since with issues that we have had even though minor. Recommend if you want professional and efficient service with friendly staff.

Very approachable ,kind ,and helpful Thank you Hannah(Bracketts branch)for your tremendous support from the beginning. Hannah is absolutely amazing in making our rent period of almost 3 years,and still counting, stress free as possible. Her attention to the minutest of detail is unbelievable and she is extremely personable and always available for any questions or any problems we have. She is more like a friend than an agent. If I could give her a 100 star review, I would. Thank you Hannah, for everything. Would definitely choose/recommend The Bracketts state agent in the future too,especially Hannah Ancuta and Cristian Chira
