ordered an iPhone 14 pro max more than a month ago,I'm already paying for it for 2 months now but the phone wasn't delivered now they said it will be delivered january next year..stay away from this company

Advisors are all great! However that's where the good news ends. Got a contract for a mifi box fought with it for 10 days took it back and they think that I got a dodgy box, asked them if I switched to the wifi box would it be better was told 100% since getting it back still can't go a whole episode or movie without major buffering or it stopping completely plus the picture can be really badly pixelated so you can't really see what your watching. Spoke with their online chats no help at all gave me a number to call and they were really rude all call centres are abroad so you struggle to understand what they're saying or they don't understand you. Was considering switching to 3 for my mobile contract but I'm not so sure if I want to after all these issues in the last 2 weeks alone.
