        Delivery men were rude, Just walked off. Got delivered a ''Damaged'' Bed, Not even an appology. Dont wast your time with the delivery.

        Wish I had read these reviews first. We had the 2 unsympathetic men come to our house. They rejected a 300 almost immaculate IKEA bed package because of a small stain on the mattress which I had not seen, and not been told to check for. I am not disputing stain but BHF/I could have cleaned it in 5 minutes. They wouldn't take the immaculate 200 metalframe without mattress even though it is a single, easy to get a new one, some buyers would prefer. Waited 2 weeks tripping over bed in hall to do our bit for charity, feel disillusioned, now destined for landfill. It's all very well that they then reply to reviews with a half-baked apology, the fact is they do NOT make it clear the (rude) driver is only coming around on spec and will most likely deem your previously-discussed items unworthy.
