        This is the most baffling practice I have ever encountered, with the most unhelpful and obstreperous receptionists and the most Byzantine appointments system. You have to call on the day for an appointment, but when you do call you are told that the appointments are all gone. You cant book ahead because you have to call on the day. The dont keep lists of people who are desperate for an appointment. Im lucky because Im not a patient of this ghastly practice, but sadly a relative is. Is there a practice manager? Is there anyone there who isnt deliberately unhelpful? Does anyone care?

        They are poor in every aspect. I have skin cancer and it took me weeks to see the doctor. I got a txt confirmation with a time and date and it was wrong. They blame it on their IT system. When I questioned the staff on how this can go so wrong I was accused of being rude. Very Poor
