Emma and all the property manage team from Hampton are extremely supportive. Fluent communication, effective work made things easier. I would definitely recommend Hampton.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend Hamptons to others. Although our local council is Tunbridge Wells and we have several Tunbridge Wells based agents keen to sell our house, Hamptons simply say it is too far for them. Very poor attitude when other Tunbridge Wells agents have been incredibly helpful.

We have worked closely with Hamptons since 2019 when we emigrated to Australia. Being so far away it was really important to use an agent with a great reputation that we knew we could trust. Hamptons have been absolutely first class. Between 2019 and mid 2022 they have secured back to back rentals for our property as well as providing a top tier of property management to sort any issues - large or small. Then at the end of 2022/beginning of 2023 they helped with the marketing and sale of our property with fantastic results. We cannot recommend them enough and wouldn't hesitate to use them again should we purchase a buy to let in the UK in the future. Thank you Hamptons!
