If you're suffering from an ingrown toenail, I strongly reccomended Pantiles Podiatry. Obviously, it's a nasty situation but Myles is very polite, easy-going and his treatment is quick and effective.

Brilliant! Myles is friendly, understanding and very gentle! I have anxiety and Fibro, so anything new that might cause any pain, or even discomfort, is always a concern, but Myles put me at ease straight away! He explained everything he was going to do, what he was doing and why, checked to make sure I was never in pain or worrying and is an absolute treasure to speak to! I would have zero hesitation about sending anybody to him, because he's just an all-around lovely chap! 5 stars, fantastic.

Thank you so much, an incredibly quick diagnosis and help. I was struggling to run and experiencing foot pain, you diagnosed and helped me to resolve. I am incredibly grateful and am now able to return to running and will build up my strength again. If only I had come to you sooner.

After seeing all the positive reviews, I came to see Myles a few months ago. I agree that he is a nice man and he was very friendly, however I had a particularly negative experience here. After taking a look at an ingrown toenail issue caused from running, Myles proceeded to cut into my nail and nail bed without telling me what he was doing. He said I could "call him bad names" to help with the pain (no general anesthetic or anything used), and after asking him, "What are you doing?!", he ignored my question and continued to cut. I left with a strip of my toenail removed, cut all the way to the base. The treatment room also did not feel clean and the utensils he used were not individually wrapped as in other clinical settings. He had dropper bottles of hydrogen peroxide which looked like something from the 18th century! My toe and nail were very sore following and I hobbled all the way home, although luckily it seemed to heal well in the following days. Fast forward a few months and I decided to go to Fit Feet Podiatry in Tonbridge because the toe was still causing me pain. Tim at Fit Feet was the complete opposite to Myles: giving me a thorough description of the issue (originally a running injury and slightly ingrown toenail) and telling me what he planned to do before he did it! He was very surprised to hear of what had happened when I came to Pantiles Podiatry and said that local anesthetic should always be offered. What's more, the issue I am now facing with my toenail was caused by Myles' reckless hacking at my nail! I have a scar on my nail bed which likely means I'll need even more of the nail removed because it is not growing back properly. Overall, I wish I had never ever come to Pantiles Podiatry. I regret not saying anything sooner, but I think I needed to hear a second opinion to really realise that what I experienced was not normal, nor proper practice! I'm sorry to have to write this very negative review because I think Myles was a nice chap, but I'm really upset by the experience I had and the lingering problems I now face.
