I cannot recommend Spencer / Creative Outline highly enough. We have used their services for the last 2-3 years for various web projects, including bespoke eCommerce solutions that required a robust platform to cope with the high demand from our customers. Creative Outline got to know our business and what we required for each project, which meant that the solutions they suggested where targeted and worked exactly to our requirements. No matter what we asked from them, it was never a "no we can't do that" a solution was always found. We have worked with various web designers/agencies before, but without doubt Creative Outline is now our go to for anything web based including hosting & email. As a business owner, the last thing I want to do is worry about our online web presence and if our eCommerce is going to fail. In the ever increasing world of online ordering, a bad or failing website will lose us money, but with Creative Outline i have the peace of mind that this won't be the case. They are very professional, personal and worth every penny. I cannot recommend them highly enough and feel very lucky we came across them 2-3 years ago.

Spencer has done a number of pieces of work for us over the last few months. He has been a joy to work with. He is very responsive, tells us clearly what's needed and the costs in advance. The work is excellent and delivered on time. We like working with him as he's very intuitive to our needs - he asks the right questions to ensure there's no misunderstanding and it's proved effortless for us. Good value too!
