        Was very disappointed when purchased a mask snood which was far too small and could not be adapted in any way. Brighton branch refused a refund or credit note and claimed to have contacted a store manager for advice. Nobody senior spoke to us and no real apology. I had a receipt and feel a snood could have been replaced. We often shop in your stores but never again as customer service very poor.
