Tiles DIY

Very helpful Nicky set out on shop floor patterns of our choice of tile so we could see what it would look like and calculated the number needed for the job.

Avoid - their customer service is dreadful. We ordered large porcelain tiles. There was a wait to get them which we understood, but there was a lack of communication throughout about the delay. There was again a delay for their courier to deliver them and on putting them in the van they noticed a corner had broken. Their only solution was for us to wait for another tile to arrive (could be 6-8 weeks) or to have the display tile - both of which could be a different batch. We suggested using a strip of the display tile and most of the other broken tile to minimise the potential difference but no, the Area Manager would not allow it (even though they said the broken tile would be skipped!!) So poor and unnecessary. Id never go in there again.
