Made an appointment and visited for the first time. Very friendly and down to earth, my sort of place, quickly got to the fabric selection and decisive old me liked one of the first shown and after another 5 books realised this was for me. Measured up, talked about possibilities - but I am a bit of a conservative for style, next thing I know have paid and new suit will be here in 12 weeks. As easy as that.

My husband visited today and had a brilliant time, so much patience and expertise to help him through the fun process of designing his first bespoke suit. Highly recommended, lovely shop, Stuart was a great chap, incredible range of fabrics, linings and design options, Paul thoroughly enjoyed the visit and cant wait for his suit and shirts to arrive Unfortunately the suit arrived scrunched up in a box. No tissue or careful wrapping. Not even a inside label. The suit was a poor fit and despite returning none of the trousers fit properly. The cost of returning again (over an hour and a half drive) is prohibitive. I ended up feeling really sad that my husband did not end up with something special and once the money had changed hands, the service and product fell well below expectations.

Greeted on arrival, and made to feel at ease, had a good chat about what was required and then we got down to measuring and deciding on styles and what preferences we had. Felt no time pressure, and not rushed at all. Looking forward to the next visit. Great value considering the time spent on us, and expertise that is clearly held by the chaps there! highly recommend.
