        We had problems with previous letting agents, which meant we needed to move fast. Connells, and our agent Daytona, were incredibly helpful with moving the process on quickly. Great service, and kindness.

        I've recently been through the process of selling my parents' house in Tunbridge Wells and helping them into a retirement village. Initially, I chose to go with Wards in RTW. Very bad decision. The valuation was inflated to get the business. The guy who signed me up left the business weeks later. We reduced the price and had three offers but Wards were unable to screen and secure any of them to completion. Basic admin and service were terrible and often incompetent. With a deadline looming, I fired Wards (there was no process or customer survey from them to understand why). I decided to hire Connells based on a good conversation with Matt Pickett. Everything happened smoothly with excellent communication throughout.Multiple offers were received and we decided on the most secure bid above the asking price. Matt handled everything himself, service levels were high with good clarity throughout. We completed today. Thank you, Fully recommend.

        The worst estate agents you can deal with. Customer service is a very big unknown for their staff. More to this everywhere you go you come across their old "let by" or "sold" signs which have been left behind for ages nobody cares to manage this side of their business. I will never use such a bad managed business. Good luck maybe you will have a better experience
