        Just shopped at the Tunbridge Wells store and have to just say how lovely and super helpful the staff are especially the manager. I found a great outfit with their help, I now feel super cool in my dungarees , t shirt and accessories :)

        What a shame that the customer service I received the second time I visited this shop was so terrible that I think I'd not return in a hurry. Ultimately I completely understand that there is sometimes discrepancies between what head office and the shop are saying, which is an inconvenience, but the attitude presented to me by the man who served me was absolutely unacceptable. Very disappointing.
