Energise E-bikes

Super helpful family run e bike shop selling new bikes and doing repairs and servicing. I also believe they do bike hire. They have been looking after my electric bikes for several years and I am about to buy a new one from them. I highly recommend them, give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

This bike shop is such a peach of a find. They couldn't have been more helpful. From start to finish, totally professional and friendly. Tom is a hub of information, really nice fellow who is just one of those people who's on your side. Five stars and deserved so.

Great professional service and excellent team as I have had my whisper ebike for nearly two years now and thinking of getting a folding up one sometime soon for getting out and about more to carry round with me, just use my other one more for the weekends for longer rides. I saving up for one now so I'll will be considering in buying another ebike soon.

Thorough, patient and expert advice given by Chris and Tom as I purchased my Kalkhoff ebike from the Energise shop. I was able to try out various bikes several times to make sure I bought the one that felt best for me in the end, which helped make a good and informed decision. They ordered in a larger frame version of my preferred bike and this was the one that was perfect in the end. Would certainly recommend Energise, Chris and Tom to anyone wanting to buy an ebike. Thank you for your efficient, professional and friendly service which was much appreciated. I also feel confident that if I have any issues with the bike going forward I will received very good ongoing help. I am very happy with my new bike.

Great customer service. I was able to test out bikes before buying, and then to get frame properly sized etc. Customer service since purchasing has been excellent. Looking forward to getting the bike serviced there to keep it in good condition.
