My boots are amazing I love them everything was s professional, honest, polite, super nice people . They responded to any questions I had quickly. Im not easy to fit boots for as I am an awkward shape due to injuries and being short but they fit perfectly and are really comfortable Thankyou so much. In my opinion this was money well spent . I would totally recommend this company but not just for boots but all their items are good quality and fit well.

Dishonest, unprofessional, commercially unaware, rude and poor customer service. Refuse to provide VAT invoices despite over 7 requests. They ignore emails, texts and phone calls as they're trying to have a showjumping career around their business but when you eventually speak to someone; a lady called Claire will scream down the phone at you about how inconvenient it is for her to provide a VAT invoice. Thankfully PayPal ruled in my favour. Have reported this company to HMRC as it looks like they are committing some kind of fraud. Much better companies around like Espayo, Equiport and Redpost.
