Buying a house for the first time is always a daunting prospect. Woods & Pilcher listened to our brief and set to work on finding us our dream home. Soon after, we enjoyed our viewings with the knowledgable Caroline, who made the viewings smooth and informative. This led to placing an offer on our first home! The negotiation process was handled professionally, and we were thrilled to find out our offer was accepted. The experienced Holly handled our continued process, which we are additionally grateful for because of her efficiency and calming aura!
