Absolutely love bod & ted! They stock so many cool brands that I haven't come across before and always find something I love. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. A gem of a boutique!

I love bod & ted and can never resist a look inside! The brands they stock are cool and current, you wont find them in many other places so its wonderful to have a gem like this boutique on our High St! The ladies who work there couldnt be lovelier too!

I love this shop! Beautiful clothes and accessories, all so unique! An amazing addition to our high street!! All the staff are so lovely and helpful as well :)

Absolutely appalling customer service at Bod & Ted today. Strongly recommend you DON'T WASTE your hard earned money on this boutique with genuinely the rudest staff! I've never written a review for anything before and felt strongly compelled to write one now, which says a lot. I bought a dress from them 10 days ago and specifically asked whether they accepted returns at the time of purchase, to which they said yes for store credit. I tried to return the dress today, as after trying it on at home decided it was on the large side after all. When I went to return it with the hope of getting store credit and spending that on some trainers (more expensive than the dress, so would have left even more money in the store) they said returns have to be made within 7 days, so I was 3 days late. When I asked for reasoning (given post COVID most retailers offer 30+ days full refund) the woman at the till said it was because they were a small, local business. Well I am local to Tunbridge Wells and after some quick calculations have realised I have left 600 at that place in the past 10 months and that's how I get treated. You shop local, because local shops treat you respectfully and with care, so as to get your much needed business again. I'm so disappointed by this shop and genuinely regret ever leaving a penny inside. There are so many independent boutiques in Tunbridge Wells, which offer so much better customer service - please consider going there instead. Bod & Ted do not deserve your money.

I recently bought a couple of items from Bod & Ted online. They arrived really quickly and were lovely quality. Unfortunately they weren't suitable this time so had to return but the service i have received has been brilliant. I would absolutely buy from them again!
